Easy Returns

1. The customer logs onto the Shoes For Crews Europe returns website at  CLICKING HERE or contacts Shoe For Crews Europe customer service on local number +44 2035 149347 or emails orders@sfceurope.com to provide details of the return
2. The return label is generated with unique tracking number and an email is automatically sent to the customer detailing the next steps of the returns process.
3. The return may take up to 10 working days to reach the Shoes For Crews Europe warehouse. On receipt of the shoes at the warehouse, Shoes For Crews Europe will issue a refund.

It is the Shoes For Crews Europe policy to use the same method of payment that was initially used to process refund. Your statutory rights are not affected in relation to our Easy Returns Policy. All sales of clearance and discounted items are final and subject to limited availability on certain sizes. All Shoes must be returned to Shoes For Crews Europe unworn in resalable condition and in the original packaging and paperwork. If the shoes are returned to Shoes For Crews Europe in a worn unsalable condition a credit will not be issued.
