Free Exchanges & Easy Returns 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your shoes, we will gladly take them back for an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase. Please return your shoes to us unsoiled and in its original packaging. We provide a FREE PRE-PAID return shipping UPS label for easy shipment of your purchase back to us in all shipments. Simply indicate if you want a Free Exchange or an Easy Return Refund.

Free Exchanges
Please select new style from any of the amazing SFC styles within the same price level and we will quickly ship your new shoes to you at NO CHARGE once we receive your returned shoes. You can exchange the size from the same style or select other suitable style on the same price level.

Easy Returns
When requesting a refund, please note that you can avail of our easy return Pre-Paid UPS label provided when sending your shoes back and we will ensure full refund of your purchase less €6.95 or £5.95 processing fee. OR if you decide to send the shoes back at your own expense without using Pre-Paid UPS label provided, the processing fee will not apply. We will use the same method of payment that was initially used, where possible, to process your refund.
