If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 60 days for a full refund. The refund will only apply where shoes have not been worn and are returned in original, unmarked packaging.
All returns must be accompanied with a completed Returns Authorisation Form:

What happens then?
Shoes For Crews will make an exchange on all SFC footwear returned within 60 days from the date specified on the invoice for the footwear, provided footwear has not been worn and is in perfect condition for resale. You will receive your exchange shoes 8-10 business days after our warehouse receives your returned shoes.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your shoes, we will gladly take them back for an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase. Simply call our free phone number 00 800 666 555 00 and indicate if you would like a Free Exchange or an Easy Return Refund. We will arrange for easy collection and speedy shipment of your purchase back to us. Please return your shoes to us unsoiled and in its original packaging.
Free Exchanges
Please select new style from any of the amazing SFC styles within the same price level and we will quickly ship your new shoes to you at NO CHARGE. You can exchange the size from the same style or select other suitable style on the same price level.
Easy Returns
When requesting a refund, please note that you can avail of our easy return system where we will arrange for collection of your shoes at no costs to you. We will ensure full refund of your purchase less €6.95 or £5.95 administration fee per shipment. OR if you decide to send the shoes back at your own expense without using our collection system provided, the processing fee will not apply. We will use the same method of payment that was initially used, where possible, to process your refund.
Please allow 14 business days or more once your package is received back at our warehouse for us to process your refund or exchange. If you would like to check on the status of your return or exchange, please contact our head office on 00353 61 479 200 / orders@sfceurope.com
Credit Card Customers please note, once the refund is issued by Shoes For Crews and is not immediately reflected on your credit card statement, please call your credit card company for refund verification. Sometimes your credit card company will not show the refund until two billing cycles later, this does not mean necessarily that the refund has not been issued.
