Goods return procedures:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it within 14 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The refund will only apply where shoes have not been worn and are returned in original, unmarked packaging.

Incorrect Deliveries by Shoes For Crews:
  • Shoes For Crews must be notified immediately, upon receipt of the delivery of incorrect orders. Incorrect orders pertain to the wrong shoe size being delivered, the wrong style and order shortages.
  • Shoes For Crews will arange for collection of such items.
  • Shoes For Crews will credit the customers account for the incorrect delivery and the customer will than be reinvoiced for the correct delivery.
Incorrect Orders by the Customer:
  • The customer must notify Shoes For Crews immediately, upon receipt of the delivery of incorrect orders. Only those goods, unworn will be accepted by Shoes For Crews.
  • Customers may return the incorect order, however they do so at their own expense.
  • Upon receipt of these goods, Shoes For Crews will issue the customer receipt.
Faulty Goods
  • All footwear carries a 60 day satisfaction guarantee.
  • In the case of faulty goods, they must be returned accompanied by a Goods Returns Authorisation form. This form can be obtain by contacting the Shoes For Crews head office.
  • The customer may be asked for proof of the date of purchase.
  • On return of the goods, the product is inspected by the Shoes For Crews Operations Manager
  • Only goods found to be faulty will be credited.
  • Faulty goods will not be exchanged for replacement. The customer will be credited and re-invoiced for new goods.
  • Returns for defects will only be accepted within 60 days of purchase date.

 

Exchange:

Shoes For Crews will make an exchange - NO QUESTIONS ASKED - on all SFC footwear returned within 14 days from date specified on the invoice your footwear appears, provided footwear has not been worn and is in perfect resellable condition. You will receive your exchange shoes in 8-10 business days after our warehouse receives your returned shoes.

Credit Card Customers Please Note

Once the refund is issued by Shoes For Crews and is not immediately reflected on your credit card statement, please call your credit card company for refund verification. Sometimes your credit card company will not show the refund until two billing cycles later, this does not mean necessarily that the refund has not been issued.
