If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 60 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The refund will only apply where shoes have not been worn and are returned in original, unmarked packaging.
All returns must be accompanied with a completed Returns Authorisation Form:

What happens then?
Shoes For Crews will make an exchange on all SFC footwear returned within 60 days from the date specified on the invoice for the footwear, provided footwear has not been worn and is in perfect condition for resale. You will receive your exchange shoes 8-10 business days after our warehouse receives your returned shoes.
Check inside the shoebox and find the Pre-authorized Return Form. Fill it out completely. Cut the label on the left top corner and tape on the outside of the box. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
Please allow 14 business days or more once your package is received back at our warehouse for us to process your refund or exchange. If you would like to check on the status of your return or exchange, please contact our head office on 00353 61 479 200 / orders@sfceurope.com
Credit Card Customers please note, once the refund is issued by Shoes For Crews and is not immediately reflected on your credit card statement, please call your credit card company for refund verification. Sometimes your credit card company will not show the refund until two billing cycles later, this does not mean necessarily that the refund has not been issued.
